Lure:
 
In a phishing attack, the lure is the form of contact (such as an email) used to attempt to get the target to take an action, such as providing information or clicking a link or attachment. 
 
Phishing:
 
An attack that uses technology to trick a person into giving information or performing an action against their interests or the interests of an organization.  Typically phishing refers to attacks through email.
 
Vector:
 
The channel of attack.  For example, an attack that begins by sending a phishing email is using email communication as the attack vector.
 
Vishing:
 
An attack that uses telephony to trick a person into giving information or performing an action against their interests or the interests of an organization.
